1) Swap your standard table salt for Himalayan pink salt or sea salt.
2) Swap margarine and other fake spreads for real butter.
3) Swap vegetable oils including canola and safflower for heart healthy oils such as coconut, avacado and olive oil.
4) Swap artificial "fake" sweeteners for honey, coconut sugar or organic turbinado (raw) sugar.
5) Swap sugary soda and energy drinks for fruit infused water.
